Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team while driving strategies to achieve targets.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement innovative sales plans to capture market opportunities and boost revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Lead Conversion: Close leads effectively while driving the team to meet high conversion and closing targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor Dubai’s real estate trends and provide actionable insights to clients and the team.
- Reporting and Administration: Present performance metrics to management and ensure compliance with standards.
Must Have
- Experience: At least 1 year in sales, preferably in Dubai’s real estate market, with a proven ability to exceed sales and lead conversion targets.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, including trends, regulations, neighbourhoods, property types, and investment opportunities.
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
- Personal Attributes: Self-driven, goal-focused, resilient, and result-orientated, with the ability to work independently in a commission-driven environment.
